CNC Design & Machining

In 2005, the shop purchased a new CNC machine to provide the latest technology in woodworking. This opened a new opportunity to limitless designs and manufacturing opportunities to meet the needs of every customer both small and large. 

We design with CAD (Computer-aided Design) to provide precise and accurate cutting of parts. The CNC can cut wood products including; hard and soft woods, melamine, plywood, laminates and MDF. We can also cut composite plastics such as PVC and Acrylic as well as some light aluminum materials. Product sizes can range from 4’ x 8’ flat sheets to as small as 4 inches. 

We are open for all sizes of projects from one of prototypes to large volume product manufacturing. The shop has craftsmen that can design and cut project materials for you own assembly or assemble and deliver a finished product. The shop team can recreate antique wood components such as Victorian Gables and Sawn Baluster for restoring Victorian and historical homes back to their original design.

The limits of the CNC is only limited by one’s imagination.
